How should I start if I have acne-prone skin?
Start with literacy, not a twelve-step stack. Read the acne page, then keep a simple sequence: cleanse without strip, treat oil pathways, moisturise for barrier, protect daily. Introduce one change at a time.
Why do I still break out in monsoon humidity?
Humidity slows water loss but does not cancel sebum biology. Sweat, pollution, and harsher cleanses often raise congestion. Keep oil-soluble care and do not skip SPF on cloudy days.
My moisturiser ‘doesn’t absorb’. What is wrong?
Often the barrier lipid layer is compromised — cream cannot replace missing ceramides alone. Repair first, then reintroduce actives. Hard water and over-exfoliation are common Indian triggers.
Do I need SPF in winter or on rainy days?
Yes. UVA still transmits through cloud and glass and keeps pigmentation active. In India, photoprotection is structural — not seasonal.
How do I choose between products?
