Return & Exchange Policy

At Project SKIN, a flagship brand of Nureya Beauty and Wellness Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare products. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we have the following Return & Exchange Policy.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or leaking product.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product delivered has expired or is close to its expiry date.

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. You may be required to provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Photographs or videos of the product and packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective during transit.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling by the customer.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales, unless they are damaged or incorrect.
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces. Such purchases are subject to the seller's respective return policy.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.

Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
